All safari bookings are subject to availability. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, as specified during the booking process. The remaining balance is due at least 60 days before the safari start date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Luxodyssey Safaris reserves the right to modify the itinerary as needed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, road conditions, or political events. We will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to such changes.
Travelers must be in good physical health and free from any serious medical conditions that could be exacerbated by safari activities. We recommend consulting a physician before your trip. All participants must follow the instructions of their guides and staff for their safety and the safety of the group.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date from your safari destination. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or expired documentation.
Luxodyssey Safaris acts only as an agent for the suppliers of services (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation companies). We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or delay arising from acts or omissions of these suppliers or from events beyond our control, including but not limited to, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
